Reischauer Center Director Dr. Kent E. Calder recently participated in a conversation with experts on China’s economic expansionism, where he discussed its relevance to his 2019 book “Supercontinent.” Moderated by Carla Freeman, the U.S./China chair at the John W. Kluge Center in the Library of Congress, Dr. Calder spoke alongside two other panelists, David M. Lampton and Daniel Markey.
